Sew Me Happy

Couldn't really stop sewing today. Woke up this morning and sewed a pencil case. Then this cute cosmetic pouch. Stopped at 11 a.m, thought of continuing pouch-making. Gotta stop when I remembered my long due baju kurungs. Already cut, and half-way sewed. Pouches, take a number! Size of 9" x 6 1/4" Back view Fully lined and zippered

Yey..... Made it last night and I am very satisfied. Take a look :) 3" x 3" x 8" of size The outer fabric is heavy cotton Fully lined boxy pouch, with interfacing.

This was my 2nd trial on handphone pouch. Only this time, I used Sew Mama Sew! tutorial. A bit different from Rozi's. In this project, I used batting that I bought from Jelip store in KK. This lovely fabric my mom bought somewhere in Labuan. I did not add strap since my phone already has strap. This is mine, so next I will make one for my mom.

Last week, my sis and the family went back home to Labuan. She wanted me to sew a wristlet for her. She wanted the same fabric as the sling pouch I made for her daughter. Like daughter, like mother. So I started sewing the night before she went back to KK. To my surprise, I managed to finished it around 3 hours, no pockets & compartment. That was when my whole body aches after Volleyball games earlier that afternoon. So these are the result:) Close-up view Same view, only vertical. haha..
