Scoleciphobia

Today i just knew that i might be a scoleciphobic person. Lets read the article from My Anxiety Attacks.com.

"Scoleciphobia (Fear of Worms)is basically the irrational, persistent and unwarranted fear of worms.

Normally, the fear involved is accompanied by some other unlikely feelings of anxiety, panic, and alarm, but depending on the severity of the condition.

And though there is just a little or no actual threat, the fear increases as the stimuli gets nearer and more visible.

At present, scoleciphobia is one of the most common phobias causing a lot of people of all races and ages needless distress and trouble.

Symptoms of Scoleciphobia

Typically, a person suffering from scholeciphobia experiences symptoms such as dizziness, excessive sweating, nausea, breathlessness, speech and thinking problems, feeling sick, shaking, heart palpitations, and fear of dying.

And just like in cases of most phobias, if in case the condition of the person with scoleciphobia becomes more serious, some other symptoms such as full blown anxiety or panic attack, sense of detachment from reality and immediate loss of control or temperament may also be experienced."

Yepp... I already experience excessive sweating, breathlessness, feeling sick, shaking and fear of dying!!

This morning when we had our assembley, i stood on the grass and hoping that those creepy things wont get on my feet. Well one of it did crawl on my foot!!!!!! Then I experience some of the above. Stupid, stupid worms!!!!! The whole day was not as much fun and peace as i feel them crawling on my legs, back, and even on my hair!! Eeeww......I really hate this feeling!!

Weekend Activity

Last two weeks was the busiest and tiring weekend for us. My dad wants to re-rent (is it even a word?) his apartment. We were repainting the apartment because the previous residence transform it into a TASKA. The cartoon paintings on the wall, the pink and green color combination, papers on the wall, etc..... My dad even had to change the wooden floor to tiles. Well, there were a lot to do. Thank God it is done. I really wanna do this to help my dad. Even Aiman was helping. Ugghhh... that's a heavy job for a 7 year old. Hahaha... Aiman's funny face The wall that need to be repainted Hubby washing the CREATIVE paintings Aiman's time out (Kids nowadays... you know...)
