Sew Me Happy

It’s August 2019, and where all the years have gone?!! Let me break down the reason for my absenties. MOTHERHOOD . Don’t get me wrong. I love being a mother to my baby Dayah. So I need to prioritize. Raise my baby first and enjoy the moment. For all the things my hands have held, the best by far is YOU  NEW HOME . Alhamdulillah. Allah SWT grant us to buy a small house, enough for the 3 of us. We moved 2 years ago, but still haven’t finish unpacking (and declutter). It’s like, we’re a small family of 3. How many stuff (or junks) can we possibly have? If I have enough time later, I’ll post another story about it. SEWING is slow lately. My sewing room hasn’t completely done yet. Stuff still cluttering. Assalamualaikum. Selamat tahun baru 2017. Semoga kita semua sentiasa diberkati dan dilindungi Allah SWT.  First post of this year, I'd like to share our family moments sewaktu bercuti tahun lepas. Family of 13. Here goes. DAY 1 Flew from Labuan to KL. Amboi seronoknya Dayah mau naik kapal terbang. Dayah ni kan, memang sudah ada seat sendiri. tapi mauu juga duduk dengan neneknya. Terpaksa la Atok pindah duduk dengan kami. Sampai KL kami terus check in di Star Points Hotel, Jalan Masjid India, KL. Book online awal dengan Booking.com. Booking awal lah sebab tau cuti sekolah, hotel selalu penuh. Dayah dalam SSC Snuggbaby. This is the only convenient way to carry an active toddler around Pasar Malam. A must-have for travelling. DAY 2 Percutian kami kali ni sebenarnya membawa urusan penting. Jadi pada hari kedua, kami pergi ke Negeri Sembilan. Singgah sekejap di Kuala Pilah setelah hampir 4 jam perjalanan. Happy New Year. I hope it is not too late. This year, I want to focus on my sewing business. I want to note every cents I make, monthly. So that I can keep track of this small, so-called-business of mine. And, blog about it. Last year, I sew mostly for pleasure. And to try more designs and pattern. So this year, I want to sew more clothes. Haha.. Only if my baby let me. But she'd been a good girl so far. A year ago, there's a baby. Precious, adorable, beautiful, sweet baby girl. A wonderful blessing. A gift from Allah S.W.T. Born on this special date. 03 October 2014. A baby that filled the empty place in my heart. When you arrived, everything changed. My world gets bigger. My heart grows fuller. And my life means more. Because YOU are in it. Nur Hidayah. You are my bundle of joy. My sunshine. My rainbow. Happy birthday sweet baby. I LOVE YOU.
