Sew Me Happy

Assalamualaikum. Happy Sunday! I made this yesterday, for my SIL Mira. Totally inspired by Buttonmybutton Kurung. The simplest version heheheh......, ever.

Assalamualaikum.  I made this clutch last year, but only managed to post about it today. Bad time management.  So here goes.  This is my first time making this clutch. This pattern always caught my eyes (after Curvy Clutch). Big and simple, but still pretty. So I bought the pattern from Keyka Lou. Had to try it before selling it. And I really, really, really LOVE it!!  Really love that it fits my wallet, handphone and Galaxy Tab too!  See how appropriate size it is?!!   (^_^)

Assalamualaikum w.b.t. It's been ages since my last post, I know... 2012 had been a very busy year for me. Imagine switching job description 3 times! Earlier I'm in ICT, next I'm in company management, and now I'm in property. One word to describe, it's STRESSFULL!! My tiny business, handmade bags, was also the busiest last year. Alhamdulillah. But the work issue had affecting my production. After Aidilfitri I stopped taking orders until now. I hope I can get my crafting modjo back. However, I tried to be the glass-half-full person :-) Accept it as valuable experiences. Fun and colorful experiences, meeting more new people, making friends, wonderful friends... Good things, bad things, sad things.... Embrace it all. Coz this remind myself that I'm only human and will try to be a better person. I don't know what I want to accomplish in the future, I can only look back and reviewed my life journey, and Muhasabah. My hope for this year is better than the las...

Syukur pada Allah S.W.T di atas rezeki dan nikmat-Mu. Semoga aku tidak menjadi orang yang lalai. Amin Ya Rabb.

Assalamualaikum. Hari ni mau share my first handmade Peplum Kurung. Tempahan dari customer online, ku beranikan jua mencuba. Cekidaut!! Peplum Kurung dengan kain kembang payung Simple je, agak M untuk tambah seri baju ni hehehe... Mudah juga sebenarnya dari yang disangka. Lebih kurang macam baju kurung moden je... But I had fun making it, will make more of it, and try more different patterns. Next time,   I want to make a dress duyung lah pulak, you know, baju kurung moden yang sambung dengan kain kembang ^_^.  Somehow, these pretty dresses are so NOT my style. What is my style?  I had none.

Hye.. Kali ni buat blouse lah pulak. Tempahan dari SIL. Dia hantar kain cotton yang gojes dan tempah blouse yang labuh. Yang ni pula satu lagi jubah yang my aunty tempah.
